1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VibeDesigner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VibeDesigner is a design specification platform that generates HTML, CSS, AI prompts, and component libraries for web projects. The service is provided "as is" and we may modify features at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account — shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the generated designs and code in personal and commercial projects without attribution. You may not resell the VibeDesigner service itself, use automated bots to mass-generate content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The VibeDesigner platform, brand, and source code are owned by VibeDesigner. Generated output (HTML, CSS, prompts) is yours to use freely in your projects. Template designs are shared resources — you do not receive exclusive rights to any design combination.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and use industry-standard encryption and access controls.

8. Limitation of Liability

VibeDesigner is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
